I really don't understand how is it possible that these lenses have such a low rating and so many negative reviews. These lenses are by far the best I ever wore! And I've been wearing them for 19 years. I'm farsighted since birth and wear +6.00 diopter each eye. These are very comfortable, I wear them all day since I get up and till late night when I go to sleep. The usual problems I have with lenses is that by the end of the day my eyes get tired, itchy and blurry to the point I'm reluctant to drive at night. Not with these lenses, these stay clear and feel moist as if I just put them in. Before these I was wearing DAILIES AquaComfort Plus by CIBA Vision and I wasn't sure if I should switch, especially considering these are ~ 2x more expensive. Well I can see why now. I also did my research online and found a study that compared these two types of lenses favoring Acuvue TruEye due to a better technology that allows more oxygen to the eye (and thus more positive consumer reports).

I've worn Acuvue Trueye for years and been very happy. The last batch I ordered from my doctor's office, however, seemed to get blurry really easily -- makeup was constantly sticking to it -- and I had to try to frequently clean them during the day to make them wearable. But I was going through multiple pairs a day sometimes! I thought I was going crazy until I went to reorder from this website and saw Acuvue had changed the material on these contacts (from Nara B to Nara A). Nara A is far inferior to B, in my opinion. Now I have to go back to the optomistrist and find a new brand of contacts!

Comments about 1-Day Acuvue TruEye NAR A Contact Lens, 90 ea:

After successfully using the Acuvue Tru-eye Narafilcon B lenses for about 7 years, Acuvue discontinued the material. They now sell only the Narafilcon "A" material. For many users, the Narafilcon A is nothing like the B, and is extremely uncomfortable. I have recently switched to the Bausch and Lomb Biotrue lens, witch is actually even more comfortable that the Tru-eye "B" version that I had been using for years. So - for those people that cannot use the Tru-eye "A" version, you might want to give the Biotrue a try. In addition, they are actually less expensive than the True-eye.

Comments about 1-Day Acuvue TruEye NAR A Contact Lens, 90 ea:

Acuvue True Eye had many lenses in my box that caused blurred vision for me. But they still feel thick & keeps my eyes moist most of the times. Their quality is not as good as before, unfortunately.

Comments about 1-Day Acuvue TruEye NAR A Contact Lens, 90 ea:

The TruEye NAR B lens was the best contact I ever wore and used them successfully for years. I overstocked on NAR B just before the switch to NAR A based on this website's reviews. I recently tried the NAR A product and agree with other reviews. Whatever the change, it resulted in an inferior lens, which is uncomfortable 100% of the time. I switched to Acuvue Oasys Dailies(not available on this site as of this review) and they're pretty good. Not as good as TruEye but I can wear them comfortably all day.

Comments about 1-Day Acuvue TruEye NAR A Contact Lens, 90 ea:

I have been searching for a good daily lens since deciding to make a switch from Acuvue Oasys and have tried almost all of the daily lens, including Total 1 and My Day. The TruEye seems to work best for me, at least so far. Have been wearing them for about a month. Comfort and visual clarity are very good and I have not yet had a defective lens, unlike some of the other brands. Cost is higher than I would like, but it's about the same as all of the new premium daily lens. My eyes do not get as red at the end of the day as they did with Oasys. Contrary to some other reviews, I had tried the Narafilcon B TruEye lens that first came out and did not have a good experience with it. The current Narafilcon A works better for me.

I have been wearing contact lens for over 20 years and had great experience with moist. I can wear it all day til the moment I go to bed. My doctor recommended Trueye saying it is healthier for my eyes. Big mistakes. Most uncomfortable lens I have ever had. It builds up, blurs vision, most important of all is that it hurts after 8 hours of wear. It also creates a burning sensation after I take off which lasts for hours. I am not only disappointed, I am upset and I cannot return them. If I could give this product zero star, I would.

I switched over to TruEye dailies when I developed an eyelid allergy a few years ago. I just could not wear any type of lens that needed to be cleaned and reapplied. I do like TruEye. I find that I need to take a break after 5 days of wear and then use glasses for 2 days. Sometimes the lens does not come out of its holder easily and is folded over. After using glasses for 2 days, sometimes my vision is not clear with them. I have been a contact lens wearer for almost 40 years. Overall, the fit is the best!

The quality control on this brand of contacts has definitely improved in the past year. I have encountered far fewer defective lenses. I find the lenses to be comfortable. The primary disadvantages are the relatively high price and the difficulty of inserting or removing the lenses.

I've been wearing these for a few months and I really like them. I never had the other material lens that others are comparing these to, so maybe those were better-but these are fine. I used to wear focus dailies (for years) but found that the quality control of those were getting worse. I had so many of those rip in my eyes and they are really hard to fish out! (the pieces). My doctor switched me to these because they're so thick they won't rip or tear. I haven't had one rip or tear yet--very comfortable. They do take a few days to get used to because they are thick, but I'm glad I tried them! I haven't wasted any money on ripped lenses.

I'm very disappointed that I did not listen to the other reviewers who complained about the NAR A replacement. Everyone is different and I've never had any issues wearing dialies before, so I thought it would be no problem. I've been wearing these contacts for years and loved them. However, this most recent pack leaves my eyes dry and itchy. I am someone who puts their contacts in first thing in the morning and does not take them out until right before bed. By the time I get home from work, I'm struggling to keep them in. I constantly rub my eyes out of discomfort - and always feel like I have something in my eye causing pain. It usually does not start until later on in the day. However, going from no issues to constant struggles with full-day wear is extremely frustrating. Please do not purchase these contacts. I am going to the eye doctor soon and will be making the switch to a new brand.
