105% Price Guarantee and Competitor's Coupon policy

We’re so confident that we offer the lowest prices on contact lenses, we’ll refund you 105% of the difference if you find a lower currently advertised price online. That is, we’ll match any legitimate online competitor’s standard price and give you an additional 5% of the difference*! So, if you buy 5 boxes of your favorite contacts from us for $100, and another legitimate website sells them for $90, we’ll gladly refund you the $10 difference PLUS an additional 5%. We’ll even accept coupons from other legitimate online contact lens retailers.

Simply follow the instructions below to receive your credit:

1. Place your contact lens order on LensWorld.com.
2. Contact our Customer Service by e-mail at CS@lensworld.com
3. In your e-mail, provide our Customer Service with the following pieces of information:
   • Your order number.
   • The website where the lower priced lenses are advertised.
   • If you have a valid coupon from another website for the same product, please provide proof of the coupon code, discount amount, and expiration date by providing the competitor’s email, a link to the coupon, and/or demonstrating that the coupon works.
4. A Customer Service Representative will verify the lower price or coupon.
5. If it meets our terms and conditions listed below, we will issue a credit of 105% of the difference between our price and the competitor's.
6. Credit will be applied to the credit card that you used to purchase your contact lenses approximately 3 weeks after your order ships.

*Terms & Conditions:
Competitor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and does not include membership clubs. Lowest price guarantee is for contact lenses only. Price comparison must be between the exact same products and is based on the total price (including shipping charges, taxes, and other charges that may apply). Competitor’s price must be current at the time of request and in stock and must not be based on a limited time sale price or include any rebates.  If competitor’s price is based on a coupon or promotional code, limited or otherwise, such coupon or code must be valid at time of purchase. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other special offers or discounts. Lowest price guarantee claims must be made within 7 days from purchase date. A Credit will appear on your credit card approximately 3 weeks after order ships. Lowest price guarantee does not apply to international orders or specialty lenses including: Rigid Gas Permeable Lenses, Vial Lenses, or Halloween/Theatrical Lenses.
