3. For RGP orders we are required to have a copy of your prescription. Upon completion of your order you must send us the prescription by one of the following means:
Fax a copy of your order confirmation page along with a copy of your valid prescription to 1-866-236-9114. Please also indicate whether you would like an indicator dot placed on the OD lens.
Use our Rx Upload tool to provide a photocopy of your prescription (scanned or captured with your mobile device).
